Who we are

One contractor instead of four.

Akintano Ltd is a Nigerian services and trading company. We supply goods, run contracts, move freight, maintain buildings, source what is hard to source, and build the brands and systems our clients ask for. One company, one point of contact, across work that usually takes four.

Most organisations in Nigeria end up holding a different vendor for cleaning, another for haulage, another for supply, and a consultant on top. Every one of them is a separate contract, a separate invoice and a separate person to chase when something slips.

We are registered to do all of it, and we would rather be measured on whether the work arrives than on how good the proposal looked.

We take on supply contracts as principal, agent or contractor, for private companies, institutions and government bodies. That covers the whole job: sourcing, pricing, delivery, documentation and the follow up that decides whether a contract is repeated.

TropicaLuxe by Akintano

Tropical, climate responsive homes designed and built in Nigeria.

Our architecture and build brand. Six worked out house designs drawn for real Nigerian plots and budgets, from a three bedroom courtyard bungalow in Lagos to a family compound in Ibadan, each adaptable to land a client already owns. Designed and built by the same team, so there is nobody to blame in the gap between the drawing and the building.
