Gum arabic and ginger
from Nigeria.

We supply European importers and processors with Acacia senegal gum arabic and split dried ginger. Each lot has a traceable origin and is tested to EU limits before it ships. You see a sample and its lab report before you commit to anything.

Two products, specified.

The limits below are the EU and industry limits your laboratory will test against. Results for each lot are on its certificate of analysis.

Checked before it leaves Nigeria.

A coordinator in Germany for quick answers in your time zone, and a team on the ground in Nigeria at the source.

  • Traceable origin

Each lot is recorded back to its collection area and the farmer or collector group that supplied it. For gum arabic, that is how you show it is not Sudanese gum passing through a third country.

  • Tested before it ships

Every lot is tested against the limits on this page before it leaves Nigeria, and the report travels with the documents.

  • No ethylene oxide

Nothing we ship is fumigated with ethylene oxide.

  • Documents

Certificate of analysis, certificate of origin, packing list and commercial invoice with every shipment.

  • Inspection welcome

Your team, or an inspector you choose, can visit the source and the warehouse before or during the first order.

From sample to season contract.

Four steps, each one only after the last has checked out on your side.

  1. Sample

A 1 kg sample by courier, with a certificate of analysis from an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory. At our cost.

  2. Price

A written offer FOB Lagos or CIF your port once your laboratory has confirmed the sample.

  3. Trial lot

A small first shipment from the same lot as the sample, so you can check what arrives against what you tested.

  4. Season agreement

Monthly volumes and a price review, once the trial lot has passed your inspection.
